Anne came to Florida with her husband, son and daughter from New England 19 years ago. She is originally from the Midwest and has a BA in Business Administration. She has been a licensed real estate agent for over 19 years and has used it in many capacities including residential sales, annual and seasonal rentals for Riverwood Golf and CC in Port Charlotte, new home sales in Bobcat Trail Golf Community in North Port, new home construction sales for a custom builder in Charlotte County and is currently a leasing agent for Golf in Paradise Realty in Sarasota managing many rental properties in Heritage Oaks Golf and CC and Stoneybrook Golf and CC in Sarasota. Anne is a member of the Sarasota Board of Realtors, MLS, and the National Board of Realtors.

She offers a wide selection of vacation rentals in both Heritage Oaks Golf and CC and Stoneybrook Golf and CC. She enjoys working with both owners and rental guests to make the best vacation arrangements for both clients.
